Hunter oversees day-to-day field operations, making sure every project is organized, crews are supported, and work progresses according to plan. His focus is keeping jobs running smoothly and maintaining the standard we’re known for.
Cody leads projects from the first conversation through the final walkthrough. He develops the plan, prepares estimates, sources materials, and oversees execution so the finished result matches what was promised from day one.
William leads business development and client relationships while helping guide the company’s financial strategy. From sales and partnerships to budgeting and long-term growth, he focuses on building lasting relationships and supporting the business behind each project.

Bermuda grass, foundation shrubs and small trees removed to make room for a layered, pollinator-focused garden.
Open project +The brief was simple: plants, not lawn.
We removed the existing shrubs and small trees, stripped the Bermuda grass, rebuilt the planting area, and laid out the new palette for mature size, seasonal rhythm and pollinator value. Starter nutrients were incorporated at installation to help the material establish after leaving the pots. Brown mulch finished the beds, protected the soil and gave the young planting a clean framework while it grows in.
These photographs show the garden at installation—not at maturity. The spacing is deliberate, leaving room for each plant to establish without crowding the next.

The original beds had lost definition and offered little seasonal presence along the long walkway. We cleared the tired material selectively, added new planting to create rhythm against the white brick, resolved the bed edge and finished the entire run with a consistent dark mulch layer.
The final photograph was taken after the garden had time to fill in. That later view matters: it shows the installation becoming the fuller, more colorful landscape it was intended to be.

Open project +The hardscape already defined the room. Planting was arranged around the grade and stone geometry to add softness, seasonal color and depth without competing with the fireplace, seating or path.
Selective clearing used to recover sightlines, circulation and the natural stone character of a wooded residential property.
Open project +The goal was not to strip the property bare. Dense understory growth was removed selectively so the mature canopy, exposed stone and established paths could become visible and usable again.

Open project +Canopy work depends on access, balance and deliberate positioning. The climbing system, cutting plan and drop zone are established around the tree and the property before production begins.
A large dead tree reduced section by section and removed from a constrained residential setting.
Open project +The finished yard matters, but so does the discipline required to get there. The sequence shows the original hazard, controlled technical removal and a clean closeout.

A wind-fractured canopy stabilized, dismantled and cleared from a steep residential property.
Open project +High winds fractured the upper structure and left loaded limbs suspended above the drive. The work moved from condition assessment to controlled dismantling, climber access and a complete cleanup of the property.
Earthwork sequenced into defined circulation and material zones for continued property buildout.
Open project +The visual finish begins with machine work. Grade, access and movement are established first; aggregate, mulch zones and boulder placement then give the site a deliberate framework.
